Every month an independent CPA reviews the financial information in each management report before it is even approved for distribution.

Steven Motelson - Our Founder and Inspiration. After 20+ years of managing properties for some of the biggest names in New York City real estate, Steve founded DOME to bring high-quality professional property management to Staten Island. Focusing on competence, trust and impeccable service, DOME grew to be the largest management company on Staten Island, managing all types of property throughout the New York Metropolitan area.

Michael J. Motelson, President - In addition to being our President since December 2000, Michael is a practicing attorney who has been representing community associations since 1992. While there is no obligation to use his law firm, you do receive the experience of an actively practicing attorney in the day-to-day operations of your property.
