1. Vendors must complete this online application to be considered for participation in the DOME SAVINGS CLUB.

The Description section of the application must contain the following:      

a. Clear identification of a discount that is superior to what is offered to the general public (typical %/$-off coupons qualify),    

b. Clear description of the process that the member must use to receive the discount (i.e. coupon, code, etc.),    

c. Name and contact information of the Vendor’s representative who will interact with DOME and make certain that any changes in the program are promptly communicated, an    

d. Phone number for member inquiries about the program.

2. Vendors selling products or services competing with DOME-sponsored programs may not be eligible for inclusion in the DOME SAVINGS CLUB.

3. The discount must be available to all participants in the DOME SAVINGS CLUB.

4. Vendors listed in the DOME SAVINGS CLUB must not state or imply a DOME sponsorship or endorsement of their product or service. Any mention of DOME and/or the DOME SAVINGS CLUB in advertising media must have prior written permission from DOME and include the DOME SAVINGS CLUB logo and disclaimer*.

5. Vendors should require members to confirm their DOME SAVINGS CLUB membership to receive the discount (i.e. membership card, discount code, coupon, etc.).

6. Vendors who change their offer without notifying DOME in advance or discontinue the discount during the effective period may be prohibited from participating in the program and in future years.

7. Vendors must supply web-ready logo and content to be displayed on the Dome Savings Club webpage and are encouraged to provide a landing page on their website that is specific to the DOME SAVINGS CLUB. The landing page must only promote products and services covered by the DOME SAVINGS CLUB. Technical specifications for content will be provided upon acceptance into the DOME SAVINGS CLUB.

8. Dome Property Management reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate a Vendor’s listing in the DOME SAVINGS CLUB at any time based on a change in the Vendor’s offer, a change in Dome’s perception of the Vendor’s offer, inaccurate information provided on the Vendor’s application, failure of a Vendor to follow the guidelines, or discovery of complaints or other information that is deemed detrimental by Dome.
