DOME has managed and supervised projects of all scopes and sizes, and can handle all aspects of the project from developing a needs assessment and scope of work, sending RFPs to numerous verified vendors, reviewing and analyzing proposals, selecting the right vendor, scheduling and coordinating the work, and making payments per the contract.
